We are seeking a highly experienced Talend Lead Administrator to manage, monitor, and optimize the Talend environment, supporting ETL processes, user access, and overall system performance. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Talend Administration Center (TAC), Talend Studio, and ETL processes, with hands-on experience managing enterprise Talend implementations.

Roles and Responsibilities
- TAC Administration
- Install, configure, and upgrade Talend Server Modules, including TAC, Command Line, and Job Servers.
- Ensure reliable job scheduling, execution, and performance monitoring.
- User Management
- Manage user accounts, roles, access rights, and permissions within TAC.
- Maintain security and governance compliance for Talend environments.
- System Optimization & Support
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues across Talend components.
- Provide guidance on best practices for Talend job design, execution, and administration.
- Collaborate with ETL developers and IT teams to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in Talend Administration, Data Integration, and ETL processes.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Hands-on experience in both cloud and on-premise Talend environments.
