Roles and Responsibilities

• Partner with data owners and cross-functional teams to gather, interpret, and visualize data to address specific business questions.
• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau; Splunk experience is a strong plus.
• Build efficient and optimized SQL queries to support reporting and analytics needs.
• Lead and facilitate discussions with domain experts to define appropriate analysis methodologies and ensure accurate interpretation of data.
• Independently analyze high-level requirements, identify nuances, and drive clarity by asking the right questions early in the process.
• Ensure data visualizations follow best practices for performance, usability, and storytelling.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong experience in building data visualizations and dashboards using Tableau.
• Proficiency in SQL for querying and analyzing large datasets.
• Ability to translate ambiguous or high-level requirements into well-defined analytical solutions.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with Splunk is a plus.
