We are seeking a skilled Tableau Developer to join our team. As a Tableau Developer, you will be responsible for creating interactive data visualizations and dashboards using Tableau software. You will collaborate with business stakeholders and data analysts to understand their requirements and translate them into visually compelling and insightful reports.

Responsibilities:

• Designing, developing, and maintaining Tableau dashboards and reports
• Gathering and analyzing business requirements from stakeholders and data analysts
• Transforming raw data into meaningful and interactive visualizations
• Creating complex calculations, custom fields, and data sets in Tableau
• Ensuring data accuracy and integrity in visualizations by performing data validation and cleansing
• Optimizing Tableau performance by tuning queries and data connections
• Collaborating with data engineers and database administrators to ensure efficient data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes
• Creating documentation and user guides for Tableau dashboards and reports
• Conducting training sessions and providing support to end-users on Tableau functionality
• Staying up to date with the latest Tableau features and best practices

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
• Proven experience as a Tableau Developer with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience
• Proficiency in Tableau Desktop, Tableau Server, and Tableau Prep
• Strong understanding of data visualization principles and best practices
• Experience in data analysis, data modeling, and data manipulation
• Solid knowledge of SQL and database concepts
• Familiarity with data warehousing and ETL processes
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with stakeholders and team members
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality visualizations
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects and priorities
