As a Tableau Developer with 5 to 12 years of experience, you will play a critical role in transforming raw data into meaningful visual representations that drive informed business decisions. You will collaborate closely with our cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain Tableau dashboards and reports.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with stakeholders to understand their data visualization needs and requirements.
• Design, develop, and deploy interactive and intuitive Tableau dashboards and reports.
• Collaborate with data engineers to ensure efficient data extraction, transformation, and loading processes.
• Optimize and maintain existing Tableau solutions for performance and data accuracy.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data visualization and Tableau development.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior Tableau developers as needed.

Qualifications:

• 5 to 12 years of experience as a Tableau Developer in a data-driven environment.
• Proficiency in creating complex Tableau dashboards and reports.
• Strong understanding of data visualization principles and best practices.
• Solid experience with SQL for data querying and manipulation.
• Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
