Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience in Tableau development.
• Proficient in data visualization principles and best practices.
• Strong expertise in Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server.
• Experience with data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
• Knowledge of SQL for data manipulation and extraction.
• Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and data modeling.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements.
• Design and develop visually appealing and interactive Tableau dashboards and reports.
• Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading tasks as needed.
• Optimize dashboards for performance and responsiveness.
• Conduct quality assurance testing to ensure accuracy of visualizations.
• Create and maintain documentation for Tableau solutions and best practices.
• Provide training and support to end-users for self-service reporting.

Preferred Skills (not mandatory):

• Knowledge of other data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, QlikView).
• Experience with advanced analytics and statistical visualization.
• Familiarity with scripting languages for automation (Python, R).
• Understanding of data governance and security practices.
