We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented ETL Data Pipeline Specialist with strong analytical capabilities to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design and maintenance of robust data pipelines that feed Tableau dashboards and reports to support strategic business decisions. The candidate must possess a deep understanding of data modeling, visualization best practices, and be able to translate complex data into actionable insights. This role ensures data integrity, scalability and alignment with business logic across multiple sources. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement ETL workflows to ingest, transform, and load data from diverse sources (RDBMS, APIs, flat files) 
• Build and maintain data models optimized for Tableau consumption 
• Monitor and troubleshoot data pipeline performance and failures 
• Collaborate with BI developers and engineers to align data structures with dashboard needs
• Implement data quality checks, lineage tracking, and audit logging Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into solutions. 
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and key insights that support business objectives. 
• Conduct data validation and troubleshooting to ensure data accuracy and integrity. 
• Document data sources, logic, and user guides. 
• Work closely with front end visualization engineers to ensure seamless data integration. 
• Conduct user acceptance testing and provide training/documentation for dashboard consumers.
