We are seeking an experienced and talented Tableau Developer / Power BI Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 7 years of experience in developing and designing interactive business intelligence solutions using Tableau and/or Power BI. 

Responsibilities:

• Develop, design, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau and/or Power BI.
• Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to gather requirements and understand data needs.
• Create data models and transform raw data into meaningful insights.
• Optimize data visualizations to enhance user experience and facilitate data-driven decision-making.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to data visualization and performance.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices for Tableau and/or Power BI development.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 4 to 7 years of experience in developing interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau and/or Power BI.
• Proficiency with Tableau or Power BI, including advanced knowledge of data visualization techniques, calculations, and data blending.
• Strong understanding of SQL and ability to write complex queries.
• Experience in data modeling and ETL processes.
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
