• Experience in migrating Tableau servers within a clustered environment, ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability.
• Expertise in building, configuring, and maintaining Tableau and Alteryx environments, including managing license allocations for both tools.
• Proficient in handling Alteryx support cases, providing troubleshooting and resolution for production issues.
• Skilled in managing Tableau administration tasks using TSM CLI and Web Console, including installation of Tableau Desktop and environment configuration.
• Expert in configuring security across Tableau environments, including setting up Single Sign-On (SSO) with Active Directory and managing permissions across multi-site, projects, workbooks, and views.
• Monitoring Tableau services in clustered environments, optimizing performance, debugging issues, and conducting capacity planning to ensure optimal response time.
• Expertise working with both Linux and Windows environments to manage Tableau and Alteryx deployments.
• Provide user support and resolve issues related to Tableau and Alteryx applications in production.
