We are seeking a skilled Systems Manager – Workday Compensation with deep expertise in Workday Core and Advanced Compensation to lead the configuration, optimization, and strategic support of our compensation systems. This role will partner closely with HR leadership to deliver scalable, data-driven solutions that align with business goals and compensation strategies.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Configure and manage Workday Core and Advanced Compensation, ensuring system integrity, scalability, and alignment with business needs.
- Provide strategic consulting and guidance to senior HR leadership on compensation technology and best practices.
- Lead and execute HRIS projects, including system implementations, upgrades, and integrations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize compensation processes and deliver innovative solutions.
- Analyze compensation data and trends to drive process improvements and strategic recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, system security, and reporting requirements.
- Create, manage, and optimize Workday reports and dashboards to support HR and business decision-making.
- Manage multiple initiatives and deliverables, meeting tight deadlines with strong attention to detail.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience configuring and managing Workday HCM, with a strong focus on Core and Advanced Compensation.
- Expertise in Workday Security, Reporting, and business process configuration.
- Strong understanding of compensation structures, pay practices, and market benchmarking methodologies.
- Proven ability to lead large-scale HRIS projects and collaborate with senior stakeholders.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience supporting a large, publicly traded organization is preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive projects to completion.
