Systems Analyst

Responsibilities

• Analyze and utilize multiple proprietary data sources to track initiatives and provide contextual insights.
• Guide end users through workflow processes to reduce friction across development, deployment, and governance.
• Generate tailored reports, logs, and metadata histories for stakeholders.
• Perform root cause analysis for system defects and workflow issues.
• Recommend and communicate mitigation strategies to improve system efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to propose enhancements, requirements, and defect resolutions.
• Provide customer-focused support for IT software users across varying technical levels.
