Key Responsibilities

• Develop and document a detailed statement of requirements for the proposed alternative recommended in the preliminary analysis report.
• Perform business analyses of functional requirements to identify information, procedures, and decision flows.
• Identify and document items such as database content, structure, and application subsystems, and develop a data dictionary.
• Define and document interfaces of manual to automated operations within application subsystems, external systems, and between new and existing systems.
• Provide trade-off information, and suggest a recommended course of action.
• Identify the modifications to the automated processes.
• Prepare documents of understanding, automation system design plans, and detailed specifications in order to identify system design requirements including cost and time estimates for subsequent phases.
• Facilitate the development and implementation of automation systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or other related field.
• 7+ years of information technology work experience.
• 7 Years of Systems Analyst experience.
• Knowledge of systems requirements and technologies.
• Strong experience in requirement gathering and transferring functional requirements into technical requirements.
• Demonstrated experience in system analysis and workflow/process documentation, creation of Use Cases, and associated documentation.
