Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain test plans, test cases, and defect reports.
• Design and execute manual and automated tests to verify software functionality.
• Identify, document, and report software defects with detailed steps to reproduce.
• Analyze test results to assess quality and compliance with requirements.
• Collaborate with development teams to resolve defects and communicate findings.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing.
• Participate in project planning, estimation, and scheduling.

Required Skills & Experience

• Knowledge of testing methodologies and practices.
• Hands-on experience with automation tools (e.g., Leapwork, Selenium).
• Basic SQL knowledge for database validation.
• Strong process analysis and test case interpretation skills.
• Familiarity with defect tracking tools (e.g., ServiceNow).
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of QA testing experience, including automation scripting.
• Expertise in system test life cycle and test documentation.
• Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel and ServiceNow.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with at least 5 years of IT testing experience.
