We’re looking for a proactive and technically skilled Systems Engineer to support and enhance our enterprise collaboration tools, primarily Jira, Confluence, Slack, and Bonita BPM. The role involves platform administration, user support, scripting for automation, and system integration—ensuring operational efficiency and stability across key internal tools.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Jira and Confluence: user management, permissions, workflows, and performance tuning.
• Manage Slack workspace: user provisioning, channel organization, and security policy enforcement.
• Provide support for Bonita BPM and related workflow tools.
• Deliver first and second-line support for collaboration platforms, resolving technical and access issues.
• Develop Groovy (for Jira) and Python scripts for automation and integrations.
• Create and maintain documentation for processes, troubleshooting, and user guides.
• Participate in on-call rotation and monitor support channels.

Required Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and Slack in enterprise environments.
• Proficient in Groovy, Java, and Python for scripting and automation.
• Familiarity with workflow/BPM platforms (preferably Bonita).
• Strong knowledge of Linux systems, databases, and shell scripting.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Understanding of SSO/SAML, LDAP/AD, and web servers (e.g., nginx).
• Experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and system integrations.
• Exposure to LLMs/GenAI and prompt engineering.
