Roles and Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot application problems, implementing fixes or workarounds as necessary.
• Assist with the configuration, installation, and maintenance of application software and related systems.
• Implement software upgrades, patches, and fixes, ensuring minimal disruption to users.
• Perform routine checks and audits to ensure system reliability and compliance with organizational standards.
• Serve as a point of contact for users, providing high-quality support and resolving issues efficiently.
• Develop and maintain user documentation, including training materials and knowledge base articles.
• Support the integration of applications with other systems, ensuring smooth data flow and functionality.
• Conduct testing to validate application performance and integration points.
• Track and manage incidents using ticketing systems, ensuring adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
• Analyze recurring issues to identify root causes and implement preventive measures.

Required Skills/Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business or related field 
• 8 Years of relevant technical or business work experience in the financial industry 
• Experience with application management, system integration, and IT service management.
• Working knowledge of business operations and system requirement processes 
• Excellent organizational, data gathering, documentation and follow-up skills 
• Experience with administration of banking systems 
• Advanced computer skills, including experience with banking systems: Excel, Word, Visio and other software 
• Experience in process discovery, implementation and management
