Job Summary
Seeking a System Analyst with Odessa platform experience to support leasing and lending applications in an AMS environment. The role involves production support, configuration, troubleshooting integrations, and working closely with business and offshore teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide L1/L2/L3 production support (incident triage, RCA, resolution within SLAs).
- Perform configuration changes (product setup, rates, workflows, roles, templates).
- Analyze and implement minor enhancements with business stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot integrations, APIs, and data flows across systems.
- Write and execute SQL queries for data validation and issue investigation.
- Support reporting (SSRS, Power BI, or similar tools).
- Participate in requirements grooming, estimation, and change management.
- Collaborate with onshore/offshore teams and maintain documentation (runbooks, SOPs).
- Ensure adherence to ITIL/AMS processes and quality standards.
Required Skills
- 2–5 years in application support / AMS / system analyst role.
- Hands-on experience with the Odessa platform (leasing/lending/loan servicing).
- Domain knowledge in auto finance, commercial finance, or captive finance.
- Strong SQL skills for data analysis and troubleshooting.
- Understanding of REST/SOAP APIs and integration support.
- Experience with tools like ServiceNow, Jira.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of SQL Server/Oracle (schema, stored procedures).
- Experience with API tools (Postman, JSON/XML).
- Exposure to Odessa Studio/Designer.
- Basic scripting (Python, PowerShell).
- Experience with reporting tools (SSRS, Power BI).
Domain Knowledge
- Understanding of loan/lease lifecycle: origination, booking, billing, servicing, collections, end-of-term.
- Familiarity with captive finance models, OEM dealer programs, and lease structures.
