Role and Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and administration for COTS applications, ensuring they meet business needs and function effectively.
• Install and configure systems and application components in both Windows and Linux environments.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document system requirements for ongoing changes and new initiatives.
• Research and present options for application changes; analyze and recommend solutions based on business needs.
• Ensure application and infrastructure security align with Federal, State, and industry standards.
• Work closely with vendors, customers, and technical teams to execute projects and implement changes in a timely manner.
• Maintain various COTS applications and assist in configuring changes for certain SaaS products.
• Monitor systems and networks, identify vulnerabilities, and implement remediation measures.

Required Experience

• Strong understanding of Single Sign-On (SSO) protocols (SAML, OAuth, OpenID).
• Knowledge of network concepts (LAN/WAN), architecture, firewalls, and IoT technologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on monitoring and improving system performance.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• 5+ years of experience with the following technologies and tools:
  • Windows Server administration (2016 and later)
  • RHEL 7.0 and above
  • Cloud Infrastructure (Azure/AWS/GCP)
  • Tomcat and IIS
  • MS SQL Management Studio
  • Dynatrace or similar debugging tools
  • XML and PowerShell
  • Azure DevOps
