Primary Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements for identity provisioning and governance.
• Develop build map rules, LCM events, and workflows for SailPoint IdentityIQ.
• Install, configure, and customize SailPoint IdentityIQ and other identity provisioning and governance tools.
• Aggregate and provision user accounts using various connectors.
• Lead and participate in projects to achieve project objectives, coordinating with cross-functional teams.
• Troubleshoot issues, provide fixes, and document solutions for technical incidents.
• Investigate, debug, and reproduce issues, ensuring continued operability of software solutions.
• Work with process owners to improve support processes and ensure system reliability.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation of configurations and issue resolutions.

Required Qualifications

• Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in installing, customizing, and configuring identity management tools, particularly SailPoint IdentityIQ.
• Experience in developing build map rules, LCM events, and workflows.
• Strong communication (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and manage tasks efficiently.
• Prior experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical incidents.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handling multiple projects.
