Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead and own all technical aspects of FAW HCM implementations and / or customizations including data migrations, data quality, systems integrations, 3rd party applications, and custom development 
• Manage data model, data pipelines, security and perform any customizations.
• Partnering with OAC analytics team to build HCM Analytics and provide support on aspects such as data model changes and security configuration.
• Provide technical leadership, setting best practices (e.g., integration and application development, deployment, testing, iterative refinement)
• Define, communicate, and manage a change management (release) process to develop and implement new applications/code and updates to existing applications/code 
• Strong understanding of company and Industry standards and best practices in all areas of technology delivery 
• Identification of risks and issues from technical perspective.  

Required Qualifications

• Knowledgeable of Agile Concepts and Toolsets (Sprint Planning, User Stories, and/or Jira, etc.) 
• Ability to effectively interface with all departments within an organization and IT 
• Ability to work with limited supervision, having significant latitude for independent judgment 
• High-Level communication skills to collaborate, influence, and persuade others
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to create and present concepts and recommendations to senior management
• Strong skills in Data feed Access Control Calculations Data Driven Events Custom Objects and Reporting.
