Primary Responsibilities

• Perform monthly and semi-annual access validations for business applications.
• Gather and analyze access data (user lists, permissions/roles, and environments).
• Reconcile user account permissions (remove/deactivate or retain access).
• Implement corrections to user access as needed and verify changes.
• Store and record all evidence of access reviews and corrections in SharePoint and central evidence storage systems.
• Present user access review findings during live audits with internal and external auditors.
• Update task tracking tools (e.g., Azure DevOps) and manage the Access Management Team backlog.
• Participate in daily SCRUM meetings and provide updates on progress.
• Support access provisioning across a variety of business applications critical to company operations.

Required Skills & Experience

• Knowledge of Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance and user access controls.
• Experience with user access management, including access provisioning and reconciliation.
• Familiarity with audit processes and evidence management.
• Proficiency with task tracking tools such as Azure DevOps (ADO).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
