We are seeking a Syndigo Architect to design and lead enterprise Master Data Management (MDM) solutions across Product, Customer, and User domains. The role involves defining scalable architectures, integrating Syndigo with enterprise systems, and ensuring strong data governance, security, and compliance in a global environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end Syndigo MDM architecture for Product, Customer, and User master data.
- Define data models, golden records, and governance frameworks.
- Integrate Syndigo with SAP (ECC/S4), Salesforce, and IAM systems (Azure AD, Okta, SSO).
- Manage User Access Master Data (roles, permissions, RBAC/ABAC).
- Ensure data quality, security, compliance, and audit readiness.
- Enable near real-time data distribution to downstream applications.
- Lead architecture decisions and mentor delivery/offshore teams.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and present architecture to senior leadership/CXOs.
Required Skills
- 8+ years in MDM, data architecture, or enterprise data systems.
- 5+ years hands-on experience with Syndigo.
- Strong expertise in Product, Customer, and User master data domains.
- Experience with global, multi-region implementations.
- Strong knowledge of SAP landscapes (ECC, S/4HANA).
- Understanding of Lead-to-Cash and Order-to-Cash processes.

- Manufacturing industry experience.
