Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and manage TWS/IWS platforms.
• Build and support high-availability environments in AWS.
• Migrate TWS to AWS and transition from AIX to Linux.
• Troubleshoot and resolve advanced technical issues related to job scheduling and platform performance.
• Implement disaster recovery strategies in AWS and support business continuity.
• Manage platform upgrades, patches, and performance tuning.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to L1/L2 support teams.
• Collaborate with vendors for patches, upgrades, and support.

Required Skills

• Advanced knowledge of TWS (v10) and IWS job scheduling.
• Strong experience with AWS, Linux/UNIX, shell scripting, and DB2.
• Expertise in disaster recovery, platform migration, and high-availability setups.
• Proficient in IBM WebSphere and networking concepts.
• ITIL and IBM Tivoli certifications.
• Experience with ServiceNow and troubleshooting complex technical issues.
