Job Description
Primary Responsibilities
  • Debug and troubleshoot production and application issues by analyzing logs, code behavior, and system interactions
  • Work closely with engineering teams to identify root causes and implement effective fixes or workarounds
  • Write scripts and lightweight tools to automate debugging, monitoring, or operational tasks
  • Support and validate APIs, integrations, and backend services across distributed systems
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of support processes through automation and simplification
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system stability and performance
Required Skills & Experience
  • 2–4 years of experience in technical support, application support, software engineering, or a similar hands-on technical role
  • Experience working with or supporting .NET (C#) and/or Node.js applications
  • Ability to read and understand application code for debugging and troubleshooting purposes
  • Strong working knowledge of SQL, RESTful APIs, and tools like Postman or curl
  • Familiarity with scripting/programming languages such as C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, PowerShell, or Bash
  • Understanding of web applications, system integrations, and distributed system troubleshooting
  • Exposure to modern development and deployment workflows including Git, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, or Kubernetes
