Primary Responsibilities

• Manage customer deliverables and coordinate with onshore and offshore teams to ensure timely, high-quality support.
• Provide operational support for LabVantage LIMS, troubleshooting issues, and handling system upgrades.
• Ensure compliance with GxP regulations and internal lifecycle/change management requirements.
• Collaborate with technical teams for platform/database support and system enhancements.
• Document issues, design solutions, and develop user training materials and SOPs.

Technical/Functional Skills

• Hands-on experience with LabVantage LIMS for upgrades, enhancements, and operational support.
• Expertise in system configuration, including sample management, lab workflow, stability management, LES/ELN integration.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and business process analysis skills.
• Proficient in computer system validation (CSV) and creating System Life Cycle (SLC) deliverables.
• Effective communication and collaborative skills in matrixed team environments.
