Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead system configurations for LabVantage LIMS implementation, focusing on sample management, results analysis, lab workflow, release & stability management, and integration with Lab Execution Systems (LES) and Electronic Lab Notebooks (ELN).
• Document and present complex issues, design options, and solutions to various audiences, ensuring clarity and understanding.
• Participate in computer system validation (CSV) planning and execution, authoring and contributing to key system lifecycle (SLC) and CSV deliverables to ensure compliance and quality.
• Partner with managed services team members and peers for platform and database support, providing technical development for system enhancements and projects.
• Work closely with Compliance, Internal Audit, and Quality Assurance teams to ensure adherence to GxP regulations and the organization’s document and system lifecycle standards.

Required Experience/Skills

• Proven experience in configuring and implementing LabVantage LIMS, with a strong focus on core functionalities such as sample management and results analysis.
• In-depth understanding of lab workflows, release management, and stability management processes.
• Familiarity with computer system validation processes, including planning, execution, and documentation of SLC and CSV deliverables.
• Experience in partnering with technical teams for platform and database support, as well as contributing to development projects and system enhancements.
• Strong understanding of GxP regulations and experience working with Compliance, Internal Audit, and Quality Assurance teams.
