Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with business teams to identify and define new capabilities and prioritize features based on business value.
  • Develop a complete vision for new or changing features, including performance goals, measurement, and future evolution.
  • Maintain and manage global product roadmaps for logistics/transportation products, including new product introductions, upgrades, and end-of-life transitions.
  • Evaluate trade-offs between customer needs, metrics, and technical requirements to propose actionable solutions.
  • Adjust roadmaps and plans when functionality doesn't meet desired outcomes, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Lead communication across cross-functional and cross-geography teams, addressing operational and business process impacts of feature updates.
  • Work with a high degree of autonomy, driving projects forward while coordinating with key stakeholders.

 

Required Experience
  • 7+ years of experience as a Technical Product Manager or Business Systems Analyst supporting enterprise transportation systems.
  • Strong proficiency in supply chain, logistics, and transportation processes and technology.
  • Experience in building and optimizing global product roadmaps based on business value.
  • Proven ability to work in large, matrixed organizations and successfully influence and establish relationships.
  • Demonstrated success in implementing TMS (Transportation Management Systems) at scale, preferably in the retail/e-commerce space.
  • Solid understanding of logistics and transportation domains.
  • Expertise in collaborating with cross-functional, modern software design and development teams.
  • Proficiency in creating, prioritizing, and accepting epics and user stories.
  • Experience in conducting user research and testing to understand needs.
  • Strong ability to identify goals, metrics, and analytics to measure product value.
  • Active listening and communication skills at all levels.
  • Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, and/or Aha!
