Responsibilities:

• Manager, lead end-to-end testing strategy, planning, and execution for supply chain systems preferring Oracle MOM modules.
• Coordinate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to define detailed test plans and acceptance criteria.
• Manage all phases of testing including system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), performance testing, and regression testing.
• Develop and maintain test scripts, test data, and test environments.
• Ensure traceability between requirements, test cases, and defects to validate solution quality.
• Identify, document, and track defects using test management tools such as HP ALM, JIRA, or Oracle Application Testing Suite.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support change impact analysis and quality assurance efforts.
• Report test progress, risks, and issues to project leadership and stakeholders.
• Promote test automation opportunities and support integration with CI/CD pipelines.
• Ensure compliance with company and industry testing standards and best practices.
