·       Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes (Procurement, Inventory, Logistics, Warehousing, Order Management).

·       Experience with ERP or SCM platforms like Blue Yonder, Oracle, SAP anyone of it.

·       Hands-on experience with test management tools (e.g., HP ALM, JIRA, Zephyr, TestRail).

·       Proven track record in managing testing teams in Agile or hybrid environments.

·       Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
