Responsibilities

• Lead complex, data-rich supply chain analyses to optimize planning, sourcing, logistics, and fulfillment processes.
• Develop, refine, and apply supply chain models and heuristics, leveraging quantitative methods to solve high-impact business problems.
• Independently manage and execute strategic supply chain programs while balancing multiple concurrent deadlines and stakeholder needs.
• Define technical requirements and oversee system and software implementations, partnering with engineering, product, and operations teams across regions.
• Serve as a bridge between technical and business teams, translating analytical insights and system capabilities into clear business recommendations.
• Design and maintain scalable dashboards and analytic tools using SQL, relational databases, and Tableau.
• Communicate analytical findings, risks, and technical constraints to leadership and cross-functional partners in a clear and concise manner.
• Influence and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive alignment, ensure adoption of solutions, and deliver end-to-end operational improvements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on, professional experience in supply chain engineering, analytics, operations research, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in quantitative analysis, including advanced modeling techniques and commonly used supply chain heuristics.
• Demonstrated success in leading complex programs independently across large, matrixed organizations.
• Experience defining and implementing technical requirements in enterprise-scale software or system deployments.
• Expertise with relational databases, SQL, and Tableau (Required).
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey analytical results and technical issues to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven ability to drive cross-functional influence, collaborate effectively, and deliver results in a dynamic environment.
