Responsibilities

• Analyze procurement data and spending trends to identify cost-saving opportunities and drive value.
• Assist in supplier negotiations by providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
• Develop, maintain, and utilize models and reports to support procurement strategy and operational planning.
• Partner with business units and stakeholders to understand needs, address procurement-related issues, and ensure alignment with overall goals.
• Monitor supplier performance and work with relevant teams to resolve issues impacting service or satisfaction.
• Continuously identify and implement process improvements to streamline procurement operations.
• Prepare and deliver clear, concise reports and presentations to procurement leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Support compliance with procurement policies, standards, and best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field; or a minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in procurement and/or customer service.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in time management and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with Maximo and Cognos systems is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with the ability to engage effectively with suppliers, business partners, and stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Strong proficiency in Excel and other data analysis tools.
• Experience with procurement systems and spend analysis tools.
• Knowledge of procurement best practices and strategic sourcing methodologies.
