Job Description

We are seeking a SuccessFactors Consultant with expertise in HR systems to support the implementation and optimization of SuccessFactors SaaS applications. This role focuses on modules such as Benefits, Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, and Compensation, working closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Implement and configure SuccessFactors modules: Benefits, Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, and Compensation.

  • Collaborate with key users, super users, business analysts, development teams, and project managers.

  • Lead workshops and manage stakeholder expectations throughout implementation.

  • Translate HR processes and business requirements into technical solutions.

  • Proactively identify and resolve issues to ensure seamless solution delivery.

  • Support global, cross-functional teams in delivering HR technology solutions.

 

Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a SuccessFactors IT consultant, with deep expertise in relevant modules.

  • Strong understanding of HR processes and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across multiple regions.

  • Experience leading workshops and collaborating in global, cross-functional teams.

  • Proactive problem-solving approach and focus on delivering high-quality solutions.
