Roles and Responsibilities

• Bring forward new solutions and architectural designs for Stibo PIM implementations. Ensure the design meets the business needs while adhering to PIM/MDM best practices.
• Lead and oversee end-to-end Stibo PIM implementations, including data model design, configuration, and workflow management.
• Perform thorough root cause analysis of any issues with reports or the data model and provide resolutions.
• Work closely with diverse, cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful delivery of projects.
• Continuously monitor and refine development processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in delivering PIM solutions.
• Handle multiple tasks independently with precision, managing reporting and ensuring proper follow-up for timely delivery.
• Collaborate within a global delivery environment, managing time zones and cross-cultural teams to ensure project success.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in the technical development, configuration, and custom development of Stibo STEP modules.
• Strong understanding of Product and Customer MDM.
• Proven experience in driving end-to-end Stibo PIM implementations, including a deep understanding of the STEP data model, workflows, and configurations.
• Strong knowledge of PIM architecture, design, and development. Familiar with MDM/PIM best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
• Experience leading teams in a dynamic and diverse environment, guiding them through project phases with effective communication and collaboration.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
• Certification in Stibo STEP or related technologies is a plus.
