Job Description:

• Design, develop, and implement Master Data Management (MDM) solutions using Stibo STEP platform.
• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
• Configure and customize STEP workflows, business rules, data models, hierarchies, and user interfaces to meet business needs.
• Develop and maintain integrations between STEP and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, ETL tools, or other middleware.
• Perform data mapping, data quality analysis, cleansing, and enrichment processes within the STEP environment.
• Implement data governance, validation rules, and stewardship workflows to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Support production environments, troubleshoot STEP-related issues, and perform root cause analysis.
• Ensure documentation of technical solutions, configurations, and procedures.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum development cycles and contribute to sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
