Job Description

• Lead the design and implementation of enterprise Master Data Management (MDM) solutions using Stibo Systems STEP platform.
• Define MDM architecture strategies and technical roadmaps aligned with business goals and data governance policies.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, data stewards, and IT teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable MDM solutions.
• Develop and maintain data models, workflows, hierarchies, and data quality rules within the STEP platform.
• Ensure integration of the MDM system with upstream and downstream applications (ERP, CRM, eCommerce, etc.) using APIs, ETL, and middleware tools.
• Guide the configuration and customization of the STEP platform, including scripting, user interfaces, and import/export processes.
• Establish and enforce standards for data governance, metadata management, and data stewardship across the organization.
• Conduct performance tuning, troubleshooting, and solution optimization for existing MDM implementations.
• Mentor development teams and provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle.
