Job Description

• Design, build, and maintain infrastructure and automation tools using cloud platforms and services such as AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.
• Implement monitoring, logging, alerting, and reporting systems using tools and frameworks such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, etc.
• Apply software engineering best practices and standards to develop and maintain code and scripts using languages such as Python, Go, Java, etc.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues and incidents using root cause analysis, debugging, and testing techniques
• Conduct performance testing and tuning to optimize the throughput, latency, and resource utilization of our systems
• Document and communicate site reliability engineering processes and solutions to stakeholders and users
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• At least 5 years of experience as a site reliability engineer or in a similar role
• Require Productions support
• Hand on experience with Splunk, Dynatrace.
• Proficient in cloud platforms and services such as AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.
• Proficient in monitoring, logging, alerting, and reporting tools and frameworks such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, etc.
• Proficient in programming languages such as Python, Go, Java, etc.
• Experience with infrastructure and automation tools such as Terraform, Ansible, Docker, Kubernetes, etc.
• Experience with software engineering tools and methodologies such as Git, CI/CD, Agile, etc.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
