Job Responsibilities

• Design and prototype end-to-end user experiences using tools like Figma and Adobe CC.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and translate them into thoughtful design solutions.
• Conduct and apply insights from both qualitative and quantitative research methods.
• Work on complex, information-dense interfaces with a focus on clarity and usability.
• Navigate ambiguity, manage multiple stakeholders, and balance competing priorities independently.

Job Requirements

• 5–7 years of UX/Product Design experience.
• Expertise in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and design systems.
• Strong grasp of HTML, CSS, JavaScript fundamentals (no coding required).
• Proven experience designing enterprise or employee-facing applications.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
