Key Responsibilities

• Involved in the analysis, design, development, and implementation of software applications
• Formulates and defines systems scope and objectives based on both user needs and industry requirements.
• Determines user requirements, leads application design, plans projects, establishes priorities, and monitors progress.
• Understands the Technical architecture of the Systems assigned and helps make decisions about the feasibility of various options
• Develops, analyzes, specifies, validates, and documents, Tier 1 & Tier 2 Estimates, and system design documents.
• Provide governance and oversight of development resources to ensure the solution meets design requirements.
• Ensure all design artifacts are maintained across multiple implementations.

Qualifications

• Hands-on technical expertise in Unidata and UniBasic.
  
• Basic understanding of Unix and/or Linux.
  
• Ability to successfully work within multiple requirements, design, and development approaches and methodologies.
• Experienced Unidata/PICK Technologies.
• Should be able to drive a call with clients and agencies involved.
• Experience in Health Insurance and knowledge of overall integrations of Clients, Customers, Providers, and Claims functions.
