Responsibilities

• Design and architect TIBCO-based integration solutions, ensuring they align with business requirements and technical specifications.
• Develop and implement integration solutions using TIBCO products such as TIBCO BusinessWorks, TIBCO EMS, TIBCO Hawk, and TIBCO Spotfire.
• Optimize and fine-tune integration solutions to enhance performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Identify and resolve issues related to integration solutions, including performance bottlenecks, data inconsistencies, and connectivity problems.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation for integration designs, configurations, and processes.
• Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements, provide technical guidance, and ensure successful project delivery.
• Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and performance testing to ensure the quality and functionality of integration solutions.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers and team members, sharing best practices and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.

Required Skills

• Extensive experience with TIBCO products, including TIBCO BusinessWorks, TIBCO EMS, TIBCO Hawk, and TIBCO Spotfire.
• Strong understanding of integration patterns, methodologies, and best practices.
• Proficiency in programming languages relevant to TIBCO development, such as Java.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills for identifying and resolving complex integration issues.
• Ability to create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with experience working closely with cross-functional teams.
