Primary Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex, high-dependency technical projects with multiple workstreams (Dev, QA, UAT) and stakeholders.
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring deliverables are met within scope and on schedule.
• Drive project execution with a strong focus on risk management and issue resolution, balancing structure with agility.
• Provide executive-level reporting and presentations, utilizing PowerPoint and Excel for financial tracking, forecasting, and ROI justification.
• Manage legacy system migrations or modernization efforts, including change management and system readiness assessments.
• Ensure effective communication across all teams and stakeholders, driving accountability and managing expectations.
• Adapt to fast-paced, high-visibility environments while maintaining project alignment with business goals.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in technical project management, including managing cross-functional teams and high-visibility projects.
• Expertise in budgeting, resource allocation, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
• Strong skills in PowerPoint and Excel for financial tracking, forecasting, and reporting.
• Proven experience managing multi-workstream projects involving Dev, QA, and UAT teams.
• Background in legacy system migrations, with a strong understanding of system readiness and technical constraints.
• Ability to manage projects in fast-moving environments, driving accountability and ensuring results.
