Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
• Translate business requirements into technical user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
• Organize and prioritize user stories for development sprints.
• Work closely with developers and testing teams to ensure requirements are met and quality standards are maintained.
• Prepare system documentation including process flows, customer journey maps, and technical specifications.
• Conduct user research, solution development, experience mapping, and usability testing.
• Support the development of test plans, test cases, and scripts for User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Log and track issues found during testing.
• Facilitate meetings to decompose business processes and define necessary changes.
• Create business process mapping documents and workflows.
• Ensure alignment of business requirements with technical deliverables.
• Continuously learn new technologies and tools.

Required Skills

• Agile/Scrum Methodology
• Experience in documenting business and technical requirements
• Proficient in Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar software tools
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Experience in designing, managing, analyzing, and testing software systems
• Proven experience in the Business Analyst role
• Experience in fast-paced environments and Scrum/Agile frameworks
• Ability to summarize technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
