Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Process Architect and Business Analyst to design end-to-end Teamcenter solutions.
• Capture and analyze requirements, conduct gap analysis, and design technical solutions.
• Review functional specifications and develop detailed technical design specifications (TDD).
• Oversee incremental development and deployment of PLM, integration, and migration solutions.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to project teams during development and deployment phases.
• Ensure smooth migration from legacy systems to Teamcenter, integrating with CAD and ERP systems.
• Contribute to the implementation, consulting, and customization of Teamcenter solutions.
• Work with stakeholders to ensure that the PLM solution meets business requirements and enhances operational efficiency.

Technical/Functional Skills

• Expertise in Teamcenter PLM, including Part & BOM Management (CAD BOM, EBOM, MBOM), Release & Change Management, and Document Management.
• Experience with Teamcenter Active Workspace (AWC) and integrations with NX, Cadence, Oracle, SAP, and legacy systems.
• Strong background in solution design, gap analysis, and migration strategies for PLM systems.
• Technical proficiency in C++ and Java for Teamcenter Unified.
• Experience in consulting, customization, implementation, and solution architecture for PLM/PDM systems.

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in PLM consulting and solution architecture with Teamcenter.
• Strong understanding of CAD, ERP, and legacy system integrations.
• Experience with Teamcenter migration from legacy systems.
• Ability to guide and mentor teams through development and deployment processes.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
