We are seeking an experienced Sr. ServiceNow ITAM & ITOM Developer to support a critical enterprise initiative focused on improving asset management, governance, compliance, and operational visibility. This role will lead the implementation, configuration, and optimization of ServiceNow ITAM and ITOM solutions to establish accurate asset tracking, strengthen CMDB integrity, and enhance enterprise-wide operational decision-making.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead implementation and configuration of ServiceNow modules including SAM, HAM, CMDB, ITOM, ITSM, and AI Control Tower.
- Improve asset visibility, lifecycle tracking, and data integrity while eliminating orphaned or inconsistent asset records.
- Develop and optimize governance workflows to support compliance, audit readiness, and operational efficiency.
- Support CMDB management, Discovery, Service Mapping, and configuration management initiatives.
- Participate in Agile/SAFe PI planning sessions and align development activities with enterprise priorities.
- Drive platform modernization initiatives leveraging AI Control Tower and advanced ServiceNow capabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and technical teams to deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions.
- Support platform upgrades, module enhancements, and ongoing optimization efforts.
Required Qualifications
- Strong experience as a ServiceNow Developer with expertise in ITAM (SAM/HAM) and ITOM modules.
- Hands-on experience with CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, and ITSM implementations.
- Proven experience installing, configuring, and upgrading ServiceNow modules and applications.
- Strong understanding of asset lifecycle management, configuration management, and data governance.
- Experience working in Agile, Scrum, or SAFe environments with participation in PI planning activities.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work effectively across teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with AI Control Tower or advanced ServiceNow automation capabilities.
- Knowledge of enterprise governance, compliance, and audit processes.
- ServiceNow certifications in ITAM, ITOM, or System Administration preferred.
- Experience supporting large enterprise environments is a plus.
