Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct technical walk-throughs, code reviews, and periodic developer evaluations, and provide inputs to testing strategy, configuration, deployment etc.
- Support resolution of defects during application testing phases
- Salesforce development and integration with third-party services
- Ability to communicate with clients and provide consultation on Salesforce solutions
- Expertise in Lightning / LWC
- Integration using REST and SOAP
Required Skills/Experience
- MUST BE Well versed and have extensive hands-on experience in APEX coding, API integration, LWC, and Flows
- Experience in Service Cloud and Experience Cloud is a must
- Salesforce certification in these areas – Community / Experience Cloud
- Expertise in Service Cloud-specific features like email-to-Case, Web-to-Case, Assignment Rules, Entitlement and Milestone etc.
- Strong knowledge of the CRM application with Salesforce development experience
- Build the code according to the Technical Specifications, Detailed Design, Maintainability, and Coding and Efficiency standards
- Must have Good Knowledge of Apex Triggers, Batch Classes, and Schedulers
- Experiences / Expertise working with or within agile product environment
