Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Salesforce Administration:

· Manage and maintain user accounts, roles, profiles, and permissions.

· Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal functionality.

· Create and manage reports, dashboards, and workflows to provide actionable insights.

· Train and support end-users to maximize Salesforce capabilities and user adoption.

· Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases and best practices to ensure the system is optimized.

  • Salesforce Development:

· Develop custom applications and features using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.

· Implement and customize Salesforce solutions, including but not limited to Salesforce Flow, Process Builder, and API integrations.

· Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

· Conduct unit and integration testing to ensure quality and performance of developed solutions.

· Document development processes, code changes, and system configurations.

 Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 12+ years of experience in Salesforce administration and development.
  • Salesforce Administrator and Developer certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I) are preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce best practices, data models, and security architecture.
  • Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, and SOQL/SOSL.
  • Experience with Salesforce integration tools and APIs (REST, SOAP).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as within a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.

Preferred, but not required:

  • Experience with Salesforce Communities, Service Cloud, or Marketing Cloud.
  • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and deployment tools (e.g., Salesforce CLI, Change Sets).
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile environments.
