We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Sales Operations Analyst to join our team. This role is critical in supporting sales strategies, improving operational efficiency, and driving data-driven decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a deep understanding of Salesforce reporting, Power BI, and advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage reports and dashboards in Salesforce to provide insights into sales performance and pipeline health.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Ensure data integrity and relevance in BI tools to support sales initiatives.
- Conduct thorough analysis of sales metrics and performance indicators to support strategic planning and execution.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance sales operations and reporting efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and ensure alignment with sales objectives.
- Provide training and support to sales teams on Salesforce and reporting tools to maximize adoption and efficiency.
- Act as a resource for sales staff regarding data-related inquiries and issues.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in sales operations, analytics, or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce reporting tools.
- Experience with Power BI or similar data visualization tools.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
