Job Description
Job Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and implement IAM capabilities following best practices to ensure optimal system performance.
  • Integrate enterprise applications with SailPoint IdentityIQ using custom connectors, plugins, and APIs.
  • Onboard applications to IIQ and enable joiner, mover, leaver (JML), and certification processes.
  • Develop and enhance automated workflows for account lifecycle, access requests, and compliance reporting.
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation for systems, workflows, data mapping, integrations, and support procedures.
  • Provide ongoing support for SailPoint IIQ including enhancements, patches, and troubleshooting.
  • Participate in continuous improvement of IAM processes and tools, including system upgrades and process optimization.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver secure and efficient access solutions for managed applications.

 

Job Qualifications
  • 5+ years hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ, including design, implementation, and maintenance.
  • 5+ years of experience onboarding and integrating applications into IIQ environments.
  • 2+ years of development experience using Java, JavaScript, and working with REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Experience working in a mature SailPoint IIQ environment with customized workflows and complex integration needs.
  • Strong understanding of IAM concepts, including access certifications, RBAC, SOD, and provisioning.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with IAM, security, and IT operations teams.
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Excellent skills in documenting technical requirements, system configurations, and operational procedures.
  • Passion for continuous learning and optimizing identity solutions for usability and security.

 

 

Preferred Skills
  • Experience with governance and compliance frameworks (e.g., SOX, HIPAA, ISO).
  • Familiarity with directory services (LDAP, Active Directory) and database systems.
  • Exposure to cloud-based identity solutions (e.g., Azure AD, Okta).
