Roles and Responsibilities 

• The Sr. Risk and Compliance Analyst is responsible for performing all activities related to maintaining and coordinating task as a major contribution to a successful risk and compliance program at the Office of Information Security (OIS). 
• Main responsibilities will be to assist with the CISO's enterprise risk management project, which has many subsets.
• System Security Plan initiative and is responsible for performing all activities related to maintaining and  the Office of Information Security (OIS).
• Completing risk assessments, scheduling meetings with key stakeholders, attending key meetings with the team and cross-functional teams, and project management. 
• The position will report to the SRC Director or delegated manager.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Finance, Accounting, Business Administration)
• Minimum 8+ years of experience in risk management or compliance
• Professional certification in a related field (e.g., CFA, CMA, CFP)
• Strong understanding of risk management principles and compliance frameworks
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
