Requirements
10+ years of experience in Project or Program Management, specifically in managing large and complex software/application development projects in a retail environment.
Proven experience within the retail industry, with an understanding of retail business models and technology solutions.
Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and technologies, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical teams.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage relationships at all levels, including senior leadership and external vendors.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify solutions to complex problems and manage competing priorities.
