Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage large-scale programs and projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
• Lead cross-functional teams to drive end-to-end execution of initiatives across ERP (SAP S4), PLM (Product Lifecycle Management), and MES (Manufacturing Execution System).
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scopes, timelines, and deliverables, and manage resource allocation effectively.
• Develop and implement program strategies to address business challenges and drive transformation efforts.
• Communicate effectively with executive leadership and stakeholders to provide project updates and manage expectations.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with program execution, adapting strategies as necessary.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of related experience.
• Program/Project Management certification preferred (e.g., PMP, PgMP).
• Significant experience with at least two of the following platforms: ERP (SAP S4), PLM (Ops Center), and MES (Ops Center).
• Proven experience managing business and digital transformation initiatives.
• Excellent executive communication skills with a track record of effective stakeholder engagement.
• Significant experience across key functional and technical areas, including operations, service, product development, and systems/tools.
