Roles and Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product vision and strategy in alignment with company goals.
• Develop and manage the product roadmap, including prioritization of features and enhancements.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
• Develop detailed business cases and financial models to support product decisions and investment.
• Analyze product performance metrics and financial outcomes to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Leverage knowledge in IoT, digital technologies, and web applications to drive product innovation.
• Facilitate effective communication and alignment across departments to achieve product goals.
• Engage with customers and stakeholders to gather feedback and validate product concepts.
• Ensure that the product meets customer needs and addresses market demands.
• Oversee the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch and ongoing management.
• Monitor product performance and iterate based on user feedback and market changes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
• Minimum of [8] years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of managing software products or online platforms.
• Experience in developing business cases and financial models to support product decisions.
• Hands-on experience with IoT, digital, and web applications.

• Proficiency in managing product lifecycles and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to analyze market trends, customer needs, and product performance.
