Lead end-to-end delivery of products and programs, ensuring successful execution from ideation to launch.
Manage cross-functional initiatives at scale, collaborating with product, engineering, design, operations, and business teams.
Apply SAFe principles to drive alignment and delivery across multiple teams and programs.
Blend Agile and Waterfall methodologies as appropriate for different projects.
Utilize tools such as JIRA, PowerPoint, and Airtable to plan, track, and communicate progress. Quick adoption of new tools is expected.
Explore and integrate generative AI tools to accelerate processes and enhance productivity. Familiarity with Claude Code or similar AI frameworks is a strong plus.
Act as a clear and persuasive communicator, ensuring stakeholders are informed, aligned, and confident in delivery plans.
Identify and mitigate risks, resolve dependencies, and manage escalations effectively.
Qualifications
8+ years of experience in program management, delivery management, or product operations.
3+ years managing large-scale, cross-functional initiatives.
Proven track record of managing cradle-to-grave product delivery.
Experience in banking or fintech is highly preferred.
Strong proficiency in JIRA, PowerPoint; experience with Airtable is a plus.
Understanding of SAFe, Agile, and Waterfall frameworks.
Experience leveraging generative AI tools to improve productivity is a differentiator.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
